The Key is a programme to unlock innovation in the public sector. From early 2010 it will deliver a high-level process and tools to enable organisations to better manage innovation and make links with others.
The programme is funded by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) as part of their Public Sector Innovation strategy. It is being delivered by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
